Originally from Colombia and dually licensed in New York and Florida, Ana is proud to bring her bilingual skillset as well as her knowledge of the Miami and Latin American real estate markets to The Noble Black Team at Douglas Elliman. From a young age, Ana gained experience in the real estate business, helping her father with Property Management and Real Estate Development projects in Colombia. As she grew so did her interest for real estate, naturally leading her to pursue the field academically at Babson College in Wellesley, MA, earning a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Economics. Her entrepreneurial drive, research skills, diligence, determination, and optimism made her a natural fit to join Noble's winning team - consistently ranked as a top team in the nation by the Wall Street Journal.
Complementing her renowned team and her own personal success in residential sales, is her prior experience as an integral member of Douglas Elliman's Development Marketing Research Division. As a Research Associate, Ana created tailored, comparable reports and analytics for the division's projects that included some of the top developments in the nation. She also acquired an astute skill-set, enabling her to provide clients with powerful and distinctive analytics. She employs these skills now to make the data work for her clients. Finally, her strong service ethic leads her to take the time to understand each client's specific objectives and dedicate personalized attention from initial meetings to the closing on the property.
Ana is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the National Association of Realtors. She currently resides in the trendy NoMad neighborhood. She shares her home with her Pomeranian, Mocha. She is an avid traveler and food-enthusiast while also enjoying cycling and Pilates classes.
